The art of drinking coffee in Rome is particularly esteemed. From what I can tell, some would compare the reverance natives have for it to a tourist’s initial reaction to the Trevi Fountain. (Amazement.) In that vein, I really wanted to find a cute espresso set to bring home to my apartment. I’ve already begun decorating with a blue color scheme, so I was really excited to come across this six-cup and saucer set.

With three patterns– the first, flowers, the second, lace trim, and the third, polka dots, it DEFINITELY would be described as ‘fun’ more so than elegant. Still, I’m super excited about it! My dream is to ultimately mix and match blue porcelain pieces, until I can set a whole breakfast table with alternating tableware.

I bought these from a small store in Rome called In Arte. The set in its entirety was thirty euros. Very pleased with my purchase, and looking forward to finding more hostess gifts/home goods in the coming weeks!
