Call me Santa! Or at least, give me credit for finally narrowing down the DREAM list for my occasionally naughty, always nice siblings. I had a great week of visiting with them this past week. We toured the top Roman sites, ate too much gelato, and did our own twist on the Thanksgiving Turkey. Introducing: The Two Italian Chickens! Yes, that’s right. No turkeys, but lots of chicken. So cool to go to an actual, designated butcher and request the centerpiece of your Thanksgiving meal. What a treat, and what an experience.
